Information we collect and how we use it

• Contact information. When you submit a website contact form or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and message. We use it to respond to inquiries, discuss services, and support our clients.
• Website usage information. We may collect analytics and cookie information, including pages visited, referring pages, browser and device details, and IP address. We use it to understand website usage, improve the site, and maintain security.
• Client advertising account data. When a client authorizes access through Google APIs, we access the account data needed to provide the advertising services described below.

Google API Services / Google Ads data

STEELGRADE's application uses the Google Ads API to manage and report on advertising accounts that clients have authorized us to access. We only access data needed to manage campaigns, including campaigns, keywords, budgets, performance metrics, and conversions. We use this data to deliver campaign management, optimization, and reporting for the authorizing client.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising to anyone else, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide our services or as required by law. Any service-provider access is limited to the client-authorized service, with consent where required. We do not use Google API data to train generalized AI/ML models.

STEELGRADE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing information

We share information only when needed to deliver our services, such as with providers that support our website, communications, storage, or reporting, and with your authorization where required. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Google API data remains subject to the restrictions in the section above.

Storage and protection

We store information in the systems we use to operate our agency and provide services. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and restrict access to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete information no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements. You can request deletion of your personal information or client account data by emailing josue@steelgrade.co. We may need to verify your identity and authority to make the request.

Revoking Google access

You can revoke our application's access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future access through that authorization. To request deletion of information already retained, email josue@steelgrade.co.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality and understand usage. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
