STEELGRADE
Terms of Service

Our services and these terms
STEELGRADE provides marketing services for home service businesses, including advertising management, reporting, search engine optimization, and website services. These terms apply to use of our website and services. A separate written service agreement defines your project scope, fees, deliverables, and timing. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written service agreement controls.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, materials you have the right to use, timely approvals, and the account access needed for agreed services. You retain ownership and control of your advertising accounts and authorize only access you have the right to grant. You are responsible for your products, services, claims, offers, and compliance with applicable laws and advertising platform policies. Delayed information, access, or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Fees and advertising spend
Agency fees and payment schedules are set out in your service agreement. Advertising spend and third-party platform charges are paid by the client and are separate from STEELGRADE's fees unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. You are responsible for keeping payment methods and platform accounts in good standing and approving advertising budgets.
No guaranteed results
We work to improve marketing performance, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or return on advertising spend. Results depend on factors such as competition, market conditions, budget, your offer and follow-up, and platform changes. Past results and examples do not promise future results. Third-party platforms control their own availability, policies, and account decisions.
Website use and privacy
Use our website and services lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another party's information or intellectual property. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and client-authorized Google API data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law and subject to your written service agreement, STEELGRADE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or limits rights you have under applicable law.
Termination
Either party may end services according to the termination provisions in the applicable written agreement. If no such provisions apply, either party may give written notice to end services. You remain responsible for fees earned and approved costs incurred before termination. Account access, handover, and remaining deliverables are handled under the service agreement. You may revoke Google access or request data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Changes to an existing written service agreement follow that agreement's amendment provisions. For questions about these terms or our services, email josue@steelgrade.co.
